  1. Excellent article, Paul. Very well written. Favorite points: Don’t do a brain dump. Ask what you want your audience to do. All of your points apply very well to most presentations, such as a seminar. Joe and I did a two-day brain dump once, and the problem is that people don’t DO anything with the information. I had to keep calling them up and asking them if they had gotten started yet and what they were implementing. I watch several webinars a week, and so far, I haven’t done much with a lot of the information. Of course, with a one-way presentation, there isn’t any accountability. That’s the value of individual, on going coaching.

We’re doing a three-hour seminar on Monday, and I will try to keep your points in mind. Thanks for the lesson. Eugenia

I want to applaud you for extending this series. We’ve been on 14 for awhile. The 25 week series has extended well beyond that. Phew! You must be exhausted.

Hope all who are participating are finding as much benefit as I.
    Thanks again!!
    Kayte
