Oracle of the Self Project — LAST CHANCE

Hi, Everyone!

In recent weeks on the ChangeWorks Analyst Projects webinar, we’ve devoted a good deal of our efforts to developing copy for the Oracle of the Self app. Many of the Gold Team members indicated that they wanted to participate, but weren’t able to join us on the webinars.

SO … this is your last chance to contribute!

Here’s how it works:

We have divided the ChangeGrid into 9 sections:

High Ability – High Challenge – High Importance
High Ability – Moderate Challenge – High Importance
High Ability – Low Challenge – High Importance
Moderate Ability – High Challenge – High Importance
Moderate Ability – Moderate Challenge – High Importance
Moderate Ability – Low Challenge – High Importance
Low Ability – High Challenge – High Importance
Low Ability – Moderate Challenge – High Importance
Low Ability – Low Challenge – High Importance

For each section, we ask contributors to answer 4 questions in complete, well-crafted sentences with their name in parentheses following each statement:

1) What is the UPSIDE of this section?
2) What is this section a GOOD PLACE for?
3) What is the DOWNSIDE of this section?
4) What recommendations would you give to someone in this section?

I strongly suggest that you have your Comprehensive Adjective Map open as you formulate your responses. To give you an idea of what we have in mind, here is a link to the document we have built so far, containing the responses of the professionals who have already submitted their input …
