“ChangeWorks Forum” —
Monday, January 31st from 3PM to 4PM EST. During this call, we will discuss the model Steve Snyder has offered as as an alternative to our current Engagement Rings layer. You can find his model in a recent post. Please take a few moments to review his concept in preparation for the call. “ChangeWorks Practitioner Webinar Series — Session 3”
Wednesday, February 2nd from 11AM to 1PM EST. This is the third class in a series of six. Please remember to complete your homework, which is to create a simple ChangeGrid for yourself focused on the goals you have for 2011. If you have any questions as you complete your assignment, please contact Steven Magnall at 704-987-6500. The program is open to all newly registered students as well as all graduates of the ChangeWorks Practitioner training program. “Gold Team Continuing Education Call” —
Thursday, February 4th from 11AM to 12PM EST. On this call, we will begin a new tension management application program, “The Napier Method — Tension Management in Training & Facilitation.” During this series, we’ll explore 5 techniques — Dialectic Review, Scriptorium, Rapid Drill, Rehearsal and Showtime — designed to accelerate the adult learning process. This call is open to all Gold Team members. Please plan to join in!
